APPLICATION:
This machine used to decorate zigzags or stripes on the surface of products,which uses a special chocolate delivery pump to ensure the steady chocolate-supply.It can decorate all kinds of zigzags trough the eccentric gear to adjust the distance.This machine is moveable for convenient production.
1.Configuration
The complete chocolate making line can make all kinds of colorful,solid,Chocolate sandwich and irregular shapes chocolate.It is mainly composed of Melting tank,Temperature Adjustor,Conches,Sugar pulverizer,holding tank,enrobing line,moulding line and packing machine,and so on.
2.Introduction:
This chocolate depositing machine is especial for chocolate pouring and depositing including machanism, Electrical controlling. The production flow includes mould heating, Pouring, Vibrating, Cooling, Discharging and so on with automatic operation. It suits for producing pure chocolate, Center filled chocolate, Double color chocolate. Granule mixing pouring chocolate with smoothly surface, correctly weighing, it is a good machine for producing high quality of chocolate.
There are single shot, two shots and three shots of lines for producing different chocolates.
